While attending a conference in South Africa, I met Pastor Careson from Mozambique. He shared the need to serve young men and encouraged me to get involved. He introduced me to Brother Patrick from Zambia, who helped me become part of Network 20.
In Egypt, many young men lack a mentor, father figure, advisor, or shepherd. They need someone to care for them, encourage them, and guide them in life and in God’s Word. Through serving in church and youth meetings, I have seen this need firsthand. God placed a burden on my heart to invest in these young men and help them grow as disciples of Christ.
Many leaders face economic challenges and work multiple jobs, leaving little time for discipleship. Yet there are faithful young leaders who love the Lord and are eager to reach other young men. They need spiritual, emotional, and practical support.
My plan is to pray, care for their emotional well-being, and gather student leaders for a two-day conference to cast the vision, explain the ministry, and equip them to disciple others. I also plan to study effective ways to encourage and develop young men.
