Young men’s lives have been seriously changed through being discipled.
I have traveled to different places and met many young men who shared their stories about how they struggled to find purpose. They told me that no one wanted to help them, and they felt forgotten. Even some churches and leaders gave them the impression that they as young men had nothing to offer and that they were not important. The young men say that such impressions hurt deeply. They felt like they had no future, and, as a result, many turned away from God.
Now these same young men indicate that they can stand strong because Network 20, as a movement of discipling young men, has given them hope. “We feel like we belong. We now understand our purpose, and our future is bright—like the morning star. In addition, we are happy to bring our friends and teach them how to disciple others.”
I praise and thank God for this change! May God advance His Kingdom in and through these young men!
