Let’s mold disciples to be strong as bricks!

In the equipping series titled God & You, Pastor Peter Kitang’wa writes, “We should not focus our life on money, power, physical appearance, popularity, and pleasure. We should focus on abiding in God and His plans, including using our weaknesses for His glory.”

“We are not perfect. Only God is holy and perfect. We have many flaws and imperfections: physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Also, we have uncontrollable circumstances that weaken us such as financial or relational limitations. We may deny our weaknesses, defend them, excuse them, or hide them. This behavior prevents God from using them in the way He desires. God desires us to respond to our imperfections and limitations according to His purposes.”

The Apostle Paul wrote, “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness, ‘Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

Let Him mold and shape us. We are strong in Him!
