In Matthew 28:18-20, we read that Jesus commanded His disciples to make disciples. They did. We, current disciples, are living proof.
Every person who claims Jesus as Lord and Savior is a disciple of Jesus and subject to the Great Commission. This is a mandatory assignment and privilege. We need to go, baptize, and teach others to obey. We need to help others thrive in their relationship with Jesus.
What if everyone who is a disciple of Jesus discipled just one other person per year? The world would be a totally different place. Christianity would grow rapidly. The results of billions of more people submitting to Jesus as Lord and Savior would be obvious. Can you imagine?
The truth is that most of us do not disciple another person ever.
It is never too late to start obeying the Great Commission. Jesus has specific people in mind for YOU, as His disciple, to disciple. He may desire you to disciple male, female, old, or young. Whomever the person or people He chooses for you, WILL YOU OBEY?
We are looking for men who claim Jesus as Lord and Savior to disciple young men. Are you interested in learning more? Please contact Carlos at carlosholguin@n20i.org.
