My Calling to Disciple and Empower Young Men

I am genuinely, incredibly, excited about the opportunity to disciple young men because it represents a chance to make a meaningful impact on their lives. They are the future leaders of families, churches, and communities. Walking with them as they grow in faith and purpose is both humbling and energizing. Seeing lives transformed by Christ fuels my desire to keep investing in others.

Recently, I accepted the role of Network 20 Country Leader in Sierra Leone. Serving in this new role is an incredible privilege. I’m passionate about relationships where men can be authentic, encouraged, and challenged to live out their faith boldly. My heart is to serve, support, and strengthen others for lasting impact.

Network 20 provides valuable training and connections among leaders. It’s a platform that equips us to disciple young men more effectively and build a unified movement for Christ.

I believe God will use me to inspire and equip others to live missionally—raising disciples who influence every sphere of life and bring glory to His Kingdom. Secondly, God may use me to advance His Kingdom by drawing on my experiences and passion for discipleship to inspire young men. By sharing His love and wisdom, I aim to nurture their faith and help them discover their purpose. Through community engagement and service, I hope to empower them to live out their faith actively and become transformative leaders who bring positive change to their communities.

Thank you Pst Edison Kamara for sharing.
This is a great platform for transformation and inclusiveness. Our generation is wearing out and it only takes God’s grace and the relentless effort of leaders like you to fish out the fallen minds. Homes and churches are fading off, young husbands and churches leaders are not notched, eventually, these young men are taking up the nations mantle of leadership which, if care is not taken will sabotage God’s kingdom work.
